Jade Satin Scindapsus (Pothos) - Two Sizes Available
A subtle but enchanting plant, the Jade Satin Scindapsus has silvery emerald green leaves, and it vines beautifully. It's a perfect beginner plant, as Jade Satin Scindapsus hates overwatering and cuttings can be pruned and propagated to either make a fuller plant or additional baby plants, once the roots reach 4 inches long.
Toxicity: Toxic
Light Conditions: Bright, indirect light is best for the Jade Satin Scindapsus but will tolerate lower-light conditions.
Humidity: Moderate, but Jade Satin Scindapsus does not want to sit in moisture or - worse - standing water in its tray. Normal indoor humidity is typically fine.
Watering: Water gently, only when the top 1-2 inches of soil are dry, over the sink and let the pot sit on the edge to drain and dry slightly before placing back into its tray. Ensure no moisture sits under the pot.
Soil: Well draining soil with coco coir and mulch chips mixed in is best for Jade Satin Scindapsus.
Repotting: Repot every couple of years, when you see roots starting to poke out of the bottom hole of the pot.
